How Do I Place an Order?

It’s a piece of cake! Simply click on the product you wish to purchase, select the quantity and add to the shopping basket. Then proceed through the checkout stage where you can input your postage and payment details.

How Long Do You Take to Deliver and What Postage Method Do You Use?

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 to 3 working days. For postage we use Express Post. If any items are out of stock, we will notify the customer of any outstanding lead times.

How Can I Contact You?

To contact us, please send an email over to our sales team. We will aim to reply as soon as possible with any questions or enquiries. We do not currently have a telephone number to keep our running costs down. This means we can offer better prices for our products.

Is Your Website Secure?

Yes, we are secure and take our customer’s security very seriously. Our Company is PCI DSS complaint which is a security standard for online shopping.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Payment from Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or BANK transfer.

Can You Send Me an Invoice / Pay for An Order by BANK Transfer?

Yes, we can provide a proforma invoice on request to paid by a BANK transfer. All we need to know is the list of products and delivery details. Once we have all the information, we will send you back a proforma invoice with our BANK details attached. (Min order for invoices is AUD50.00 excluding GST)

Do You Offer Customer Trade Accounts?

No, unfortunately we do not offer any customer trade accounts.
